Magic Foods liquor license

The attorney for Magic Foods argued no ordinance or criminal violations were alleged, the operator called police on incidents, met with neighbors six times, and agreed to add cameras, a security guard and sales-hour limits.

The assistant city attorney presented the findings of fact and conclusions of law on the license matter.
